Customer & Workforce Engagement Role Model Applications Are Due By March 1, 2025.
You may seek CUSTOMER or WORKFORCE engagement role model recognition throughout the United States, within all 50 states, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

March 1, 2025
Applications Due
Your customer or workforce Engagement Award application must be submitted via emailed by midnight on March 1, 2025.
Application Fee: $750
NOTE: It is strongly recommended that you schedule a call with us at no charge before you complete and submit your application. Key areas to review include:
- Tips on how to successfully complete your application.
- How to successfully calculate your engagement results.
- How to select the appropriate comparative data criteria.
- How to determine your percentile ranking.
- Review the recognition requirements.
March 2024
Judges Review
A panel of industry specific judges will review your application and email you a list of questions regarding your application.
Your organization will have five business days to respond back in writing with the additional information the judges requested.
If the judges still have questions, the lead judge will schedule a virtual meeting with you or your leadership team to clarify the remaining questions.
Fee: $0
April 2024
Winners Announced
You will be notified by email if selected as a role model organization and will receive the following:
- A custom designed, stunning glass award trophy with your name imprinted on it, you will be proud to display.
- A custom designed emblem (see above example) announcing you have the BEST Customer or Workforce Engagement results including the year(s), and the state or national level recognition you applied for.
- You will be able to proudly display role model emblem on your website, social media, and email signature lines using the following customized files provided (pdf, .eps, .jpg and .png).
Fee: $425 plus shipping
Submission of your application is strictly confidential and will never be shared.
The Baldrige Quality Awards Foundation will never disclose you applied nor the judge’s recommendations.
