2025 Baldrige Quality Awards Criteria
Customer Engagement
Role Model Recognition Criteria
Results Criteria
- Your 2024 customer engagement results must include a full 12 months of data.
- Your overall 2024 customer engagement results (very satisfied) must be 75% or greater.
- You may also seek role model recognition for 2022 and 2021 calendar years.
State Level Recognition Criteria
- Your overall 2024 customer engagement results must be at the 75th or greater percentile ranking when compared to similar organizations within your state.
National Level Recognition Criteria
- Your overall 2024 customer engagement results must be at the 75th or greater percentile ranking when compared to similar organizations throughout the United States.
Legal and Regulatory Criteria
- The applying organization must have had no substantiated legal, regulatory, or ethical violations for the year(s) you are seeking recognition.
Workforce Engagement
Role Model Recognition Criteria
Results Criteria
- Your 2023 survey results include all of your workforce seeking recognition.
- Your 2024 workforce engagement results must be 75% or greater.
- You may also seek role model recognition for 2022 and 2021 calendar years.
State Level Recognition Criteria
- Your 2024 overall workforce engagement results must be at the 75th or greater percentile ranking when compared to similar organizations within your state.
National Level Recognition Criteria
- Your 2024 overall workforce engagement results must be at the 75th or greater percentile ranking when compared to similar organizations throughout the United States.
Legal and Regulatory Criteria
- The applying organization must have had no substantiated legal, regulatory, or ethical violations for the year(s) you are seeking recognition.

- 2023 customer engagement results include 12 months of data.
- Overall 2023 customer engagement results must be 75% or greater.
- May seek recognition for 2022 & 2021 calendar years.
State Level Recognition Criteria
- Overall 2023 customer engagement results must be 75th or greater percentile ranking compared to similar organizations within your state.
National Level Recognition Criteria
- Overall 2023 customer engagement results must be 75th or greater percentile ranking compared to similar organizations throughout the United States.

- No substantiated legal, regulatory, or ethical violations for the year(s) you are seeking recognition.
